We are committed to beginning all appointments promptly at the scheduled time. We avoid rescheduling whenever possible; if rescheduling is necessary, we try to give notice well in advance of appointment times. We respect your time and needs as much as we expect the same in return. Please honor your appointment times, or keep us informed of unexpected circumstances that require rescheduling, so that our time can be focused on serving you. Missed appointments are lost opportunities for other patients in need.

There is no fee for cancelling an appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the full treatment fee is due, and we request that you promptly mail your payment (to: Circle of One, 6417 Bluebill Ln, Alexandria, VA 22307). Exceptions are made in the event of a dire emergency (death in the family, severe accident or illness, hazardous weather conditions, etc.).
