Payment for services is due at the end of each session, with the exception of those in financial hardship with whom a different agreement has been made. Upon request, we will provide a billing statement coded for insurance and ready for you to submit to your insurance company. Most of our patients have succeeded in receiving reimbursement.

Insurance may cover some or all of the costs of your treatments. If this is not clearly indicated in your insurance policy, you may need to contact your insurance company directly to find out. Virginia state law requires that any insurance company covering a service in their policy must do so for all licensed practitioners of that service regardless of whether they are listed as "approved providers" by the insurance company.

The following parity letter cites the state laws pertaining to insurance reimbursement. You can include it when you submit your claim to remind insurance companies of their responsibilities by law. To download this letter, right-click and choose "save target as", or simply left-click to open it, then save it. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) may also be used to cover the cost of your treatments. For more information, contact your employer.
